The Service:
We provide an internet ‘matching’ service that currently lists properties throughout the UK.
100s of flat shares, studios, flats and houses are detailed with photo’s, descriptions, maps and landlord contact details.
Additionally, the site displays the personal profiles of all registered home seekers.
Our system matches the needs and concerns of both the person offering the accommodation and the person looking which are then published to both parties so that they can get in contact.
We bring people together with property, making letting or finding a home simple, straight forward and stress free.
This is the easiest, fastest and most efficient way of finding either a new home or someone to move into your accommodation.
History:
1995: Created and launched by Darren Brady
1996: Moved into Covent Garden. Glenn Davidson joins as Director.
1997: Expanded into Old Compton street offices. Outlet holidays launched.
1998: Joshua Rafter joins the team.
2000: New interactive web service launched.
2001: Outlet Property Management created.
2003: Outlet Sales and Lettings - Brighton created. Offices opened by Stephen Stone.
2004: Outlet Spain created by Sarah Rochford, Emma Gummer and Glenn Davidson. Offices open in Sitges, Barcelona.
2005: New website launched by Outlet Residential.
2006: (August) Outlet Commercial Property is launched.
2006: (September) Joshua Rafter takes sole ownership of the company.
2007: (January) Outlet launches the Time Out flatshare service.
2007: (February) Outlet Short Lets department is opened.
2007: (March) Outlet Commercial Finance is formed.
2007: (May) The OPM website begins its rebuild.
Future:
The new version of outlet4homes.com has enabled us to join forces with other major websites, providing them with our unique accommodation matching service.
This will secure our expansion in the UK and open up other markets globally.

Joshua Rafter
There is something about Josh that attracts attention. This canny knack of turning heads and cutting a dash has serviced him well in some successful and high profile projects throughout his life. At an early age he created a series of successful "No Worries" live events, organising and running nightclubs and events for up to twenty thousand people. He even ran his own skate and surf clothing company. He then went on to work in television and P.R. before joining Outlet . The spotlight shone for a brief but intense moment when he was one of the first contestants in the Big Brother T.V show. Since then he has used his profile to further develop Outlet, appear on catwalks, do a stint of DJing, write regular travel and fitness columns for Attitude magazine and raise awareness and money for Crusaid of whom he is a patron. With barely a spare moment in pushing the continued growth of Outlet he still manages to squeeze in the organisation of the annual charity Wig Party every year and attend numerous fund raising events.

Darren Brady
As a child Darren was forever coming up with creative and ingenious projects - organising his peers in Primary school and leading the children in his street to get involved in a string of youthful enterprises.
In 1995 he formed Outlet, London's first 'matching' service for people looking for a new home. "Freedom" has always been Darren's watchword in both his private and professional life. He has lived in Havana, Manchester, New York, Barcelona and currently resides in London. His work history includes freelance journalism, formation of a ground breaking video project, teaching, and working in a Mancunian leather bar. His latest adventure is as a volunteer child mentor with the charity ‘Chance UK’. In 2006 he stepped down as a Director of Outlet and now pursues a solo career as a Life Coach outlet4homes.com/lifecoaching

Glenn Davidson
Glenn loves travel, adventure and a good old knees up.
He has lived in Sydney , Amsterdam , London , Havana, Barcelona and has
traveled the world in search of another compelling anecdote.
It is no surprise then that Glenn has developed the Holidays arm of Outlet.
The undisputed king of the "upgrade" he knows a thing or two about the
holiday industry. His hilarious email accounts of his travels have been
hailed as unsung masterpieces by his friends and it must surely be only a
matter of time before a publishing deal tempts him away from a life of
pillow case chocolates and complimentary shower caps.
